Subject: default code Nokia 3100
Dear Sir, Madam,
Recently I bought a Nokia 3100.
I haven't changed any of the default codes, except for my PIN-code (the one which is asked for when you switch on your phone).
Today, I wanted to change the default lock code, which should be 12345, but this code didn't work.
The default code, in other words, is not the default as said in the guide or manual of tutorial.
Could you help me please?
There seem to be a lot of functions for which one needs this code; all of which functions I can't use now.
Kind regards,
Ms Puck

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for contacting Club Nokia Careline.
The default security code for Nokia mobile phones is 12345.
If your phone does not accept this, the code has been changed. In order to
obtain the security code, you can take your phone to one of your Service
Points where it can be scanned. Please note that there may be a charge
attached to the service. You can contact a Nokia Authorized Service Point
for further information. Your closest service point can be found on
www.nokia.be
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us
again.
Yours faithfully

Nou ja. In elk geval geven ze, voor de verandering, bijna onheilspellend snel antwoord.
